Can I wear my own helmet and harness?

We require all guests to wear the equipment that we provide.

Each level of the airpark takes about 20 minutes to complete. On the climbing wall each guest has a 20-minute limit. The giant swing takes 5 minutes.

Each rafting session consists of a 15 minute briefing and gearing up session on land and one hour on the water.

All you really need is a good pair of swimming shorts or a swimsuit, a rash guard or t-shirt to keep the sun off and a pair of closed toe shoes. Flip-flops or bare feet are not permitted.

Whitewater kayaking is a dynamic and exciting sport that has many disciplines, some of which are on offer at Wadi Adventure. These can include freestyle kayaking where paddlers surf waves and features in order to perform tricks and spins and the only Olympic discipline Slalom Kayaking where paddlers navigate a set course of hang gates against the clock.

Safety is the number one priority at Al Ain Adventure. We provide all our guests with a safety harness and helmet. Our instructors are fully trained professionals who love their work and will provide you with an unforgettable experience.

Our activities are suitable for all wishing to participate. Training is provided for all activities and no previous experience or skill level is required. Guests should assess their own physical capabilities.

Yes, we have all equipment necessary available to rent. We also have a passport program for people with previous experience to determine if they are qualified enough to paddle on the channels independently or if they would be better suited to instruction.

An airpark or high ropes course is an adventure challenge course suspended up to 20m in the air. Your goal is to navigate different elements such as stepping-stones, rolling logs, Tarzan swings and many more, whilst at all times connected by a safety harness.

A zip line is a cable suspended from a high point, about 20m above ground level, and stretches out over an open area of 200m. A participant wearing a safety harness is connected to the zip wire and rides down to the entire length of the wire, enjoying the beautiful scenes below them.

A climbing wall is a simulation of a natural rock wall, 15m high with climbing holds attached to it. Your goal is to make it to the top. A safety harness connects participants at all times.

Participants are connected by harness to a large log, located at the bottom of a swing, which is part of the airpark structure. Once connected you are winched to the top of the swing, about 14m high up, and then released. Once released you feel a sense of weightlessness and then lots of speed as you fly through the air to the other side of the swing.

If you just want to go and paddle the channels then you do need some experience. However we offer a full range of instruction products for complete beginners all the way up to expert kayakers and everything in between. Our experienced instructors are well qualified to teach you everything you need to know and to introduce you to world of whitewater kayaking in the best possible way.

A change of clothes and some appropriate swimwear is really all you need. Sunscreen and a towel are always recommended but in case you do forget anything we have a fully stocked outfitters store for anything you may need. Footwear is needed for the white water activities and footwear is recommended for walking around the park as the walkways can feel hot when barefoot.

You may bring your own equipment to use on the lakes and channels. However, a safety check will be done before approval of the equipment to ensure that it is suitable for our park.

If you have some kayaking basics from another discipline you would gain most out of taking a private lesson with one of our highly qualified instructors. Please call so that we may set you up with the best possible instructor for your needs.

The ideal number is 5. Whitewater rafting is a great group activity. Each raft trip is accompanied by an experienced rafting guide making 6 people at a time in a raft.

No previous rafting experience is needed to enjoy the rating at Al Ain Adventure. Every raft has an experienced guide in it and they will teach you everything you need to raft the rapids.

Falling out of the raft is a possibility, however all participants are required to wear a floatation device. Always alert your guide in the event that you or anyone in your party is not a confident swimmer.

The biggest waves of up to 3.3m in height are usually on in the evenings after 8pm. However this is subject to programming and lesson times, so please check our website for any updates.

Whitewater rafting is an extreme sport with some inherent dangers. However, we provide you with all the necessary safety equipment and an experienced guide to ensure that you get the most exciting trip without exposing you to unnecessary risks.

Outside food and beverage is not permitted into the park.

No, it is recommended that you join a discovery lesson to provide you with the basics of surfing.

Pre-booking is recommended. Walk in guests are subject to availability.

We provide soft-up boards of all sizes for all surf sessions as free of charge. We also have professional surf board rentals starting from AED 50 per hour. You may choose your surf board on arrival on first come first serve policy.

Participants must be above 1.2 m in height. Restrictions regarding your health or physical limitations will be detailed on the required activity waiver. Our Guest Services Department will assist you with any specific questions.

There are professional photographers within the park to capture your memorable experiences. You are permitted to bring a camera along but reminded to restrict picture taking to your own family guests.

We have a range of different food and beverage outlets at the park offering a number of dining options. Grab a quick snack from Rafterโ€™s Grill or have a sit down meal at the Surf Cafรฉ; Mango Mango is another option to try out slushes, ice creams and desserts. The relaxed rules of the park mean that casual wear is accepted. We ask that guests bring something to put over their swim wear when using the indoor services and facilities of the park. Full body swimsuits and long sleeved rash vests are acceptable on all rides. Al Ain Adventure is a family facility, therefore appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Cutoffs, thongs or any clothing that is too revealing is not permitted. Diaper dependant guests must wear swim diapers at all times. Appropriate water shoes are required for the whitewater activities. Since indoor floors are slippery, shoes of some type are recommended.

Al Ain Adventure is not your traditional water park. Although we do offer a family swimming pool and sun loungers, our main attractions will not be found at a water park. We offer adventure activities that allow guests to have the thrills and spills of a water park, yet at the same time exercise whilst learning and developing skills in an all new sports scene! Adventurous activities include whitewater rafting, kayaking, surfing and a high ropes adventure course.

There is currently no shuttle service available, but we can arrange private transfer upon request depending upon the group size.

Al Ain Adventure is located opposite the One to One Hotel & Resort- Ain Al Fayda Resort, near the Green Mubazzarah, at the foot of Jebel Hafeet. For directions to the park, please see our Maps/Directions section.

Yes, we have separate prayer rooms available for both male and female guests.

Ladies Nights are held twice a month (second and fourth Thursday of the month) depending on the weather conditions. Boys 8 and above are not allowed to enter and a valid ID proof will be required for confirmation. Admission charges are AED185 (Adults) and AED75 (Kids until 8 years old).
